Short-Term Emotions..!!


Emotions are the things that controls our mental and psychological behavior. No living being either it's an animal or human being is devoid of emotions. Emotions come according to a situations you are dealing with or according to a person you are dealing with.

Fear

Can be stated as an unpleasant emotion or thought you have when you are afraid of something happening or something is going to happen.

Like say you are having an exam today and you are utmost prepared for it but still you are worried that whatever you have learnt, you will not remember it while writing an exam.


While your brain is stuck in all those worries, the another part of your brain is listening to your intuitions. An intuition full of positivity that you are going to do well in exams and this is the thing that works. Most of us might have experience this.

This is just an example but in some cases of fear, Intuitions might not work. So just remember one thing which will make you relaxed in case of fear and will make you somewhat worried in case of your joy.

      (This time will pass too).

Anger

 Anger may be stated as a reflection of many emotions, like a way to express a negative feeling or a motivation to find a solution to a problem and moreover a way to get rid of pain.

You have taken a wrong decision which had given you a worst experience, and now the same is being done by your dearest one. you make him understand the facts but still of no use. This creates an anger which nothing but expresses your love/care/responsibility towards him/her.


A person with a lot of untold things in his mind leads to frustration which in return at a certain period of time creates anger which is nothing but the expression of negative feeling.
The most important factor comes as an antagonist is forgiveness. The emotion of anger is endured by all of us, but the one who accepts forgiveness, stays better and happy.


"Forgive people not for their sake but for yours".

Regret


Regret is an emotion which would lead one to overthink. It's okay if a mistake happens and you realize it. If you can correct the mistake, do it else let it go thinking everything happens for a reason because nor time neither life stops.

Sadness

When things goes against whatever we have expected to be happened, sadness is obvious. But not all things are meant to be happened according to our choices.

Now a days we put up a story or status on social media when we are sad, why we do this..? Had anyone ever think about this..?
It's not wrong at all. It's just a psychological thing where we assume someone will notice us and talk to us about the problem. It's just like a small dose of medicine to sadness.


Misunderstandings might be another root for sadness.When you need someone the most but they are not with you, it's your thoughts which let you know that they were no more available for you but the reality might be different. The another person may be dealing with his own questions and might be thinking the same as your thoughts allows you to.


Assuming that they treat you as an option would be wrong as you are insulting yourself and the other person's sentiments directly or indirectly. The person may be caring for you, may be thinking of you but the situation doesn't allow him to express things.
Now here is the time where the intuitions works. Trust them. Trust the positive vibes.


"A couple who loved each other and dreamt to marry each other suddenly gets separated.
The girl was goal oriented and wanted a moral support to achieve her goal. The boy done all the things which are needed just to make her dream come true,but the things done were unknown to the girl. The things which she expects from him,she never told him as she wanted him to do it by himself.
This situation created a certain type of dispute between them".

Lastly, from both sides the "things left untold".

But after some period of time their intuitions allows them to understand things which allows them to live a happy life.

All those thoughts that makes us feel isolated creates a short termed emotion called unhappiness or sadness and this short termed emotion can steal precious things,much precious time from us.

Life is beyond all such thoughts that makes us uncomfortable. Have the ability to overcome it and make your living better.


Moreover there are many emotions such as joy, surprise, love, anticipation,trust, but I don't think those need an explanation.
