THE MINDSET

No human is born smarter; but a good mindset would make one.

Mindset?

Seriously does it matters..??

Can mindset change one's thinking.?

Every individuals mindset depends upon every particular situation, for example;

If a girl wearing a shorts or a one-piece, there are people with mindsets who will criticize that girl by judging her with her dressing sense and they will let her down in every aspect and will even call her a slut.

There are another group of people who will praise her just because she looks beautiful in that dress.

Basically I believe mindset is categorized in two types:-

✧ Fixed mindset

✧ Growing Mindset

Many of us has a mindset that the mindset is created for the means of success. But is this statement really satisfying..?

Is there no mindset for improving your personality, your character, your beliefs..?

Just Think..!

I am obsessed if the mindset is only meant for success, how would one cope with the failure..??

One man starts his day with full positivity &  happiness but by the time he reaches his office he comes to know about his demotion in office. Later he had to pay a penalty to the officer as he has parked his car at a wrong place.

Being really frustrated he called up his best friend to share his experience & just to feel some relaxation, but his friend  brushed off.

Now just imagine yourself on his place and just think what would be his situation?? How he would be feeling?? and what one will really do??

We will try to explore this answers with two different mindsets,

The one with  fixed mindset would really believe himself to  be a loser, he will act as a pessimist. He will think his life is meaningless and not worth, no one likes him. He will think it's better to live alone or to die rather living this life.

The another with growing mindset will accept this situation as an opportunity to improve himself.
Yes he would feel depressed, but rather being a pessimist, he would get drunk, listen to his favorite music, would break something or may fight up with someone or lastly will have his food and would go to his bed.
He will think about some positive sayings such as "Failure is the first step of success"and will work hard to achieve the success and will definitely get promoted beacause of his hardwork.
Next time he will be parking his car at the right place. His friend just brushed off but he wouldn't have rejected him, may be his friend would have been stuck in some stressful stuff. He will call-back his best friend again and ask him about what wrong has happened to him?

What difference did you noticed here..??
The one with fixed mindset didn't try to help himself to get out of such situation. His thinking, his belief, his work was fixed already in his mind. His mind thinks it ends here so it ends here itself. He never tried to solve this with different way. Hope you are getting my point.

If a person with fixed mindset has a goal to be on top in academics, will he be having the ability to prove himself in sports as well??
whereas a person with growing mindset would try to  prove his abilities in academics and sports as well.

Now it depends upon one's thinking  whether to be a champion in one field or to be a all-rounder.

Some of us keep trying to prove our abilities; while some of us just let things go and learn. This defines abilities in two ways as:
A fixed ability that needs to be proven & a growing ability that motivates you to learn.
And this is how the mindsets are created.

We can conclude that people having a fixed mindset will always have a fixed believes and they will never think of growing and they will always pull  back themselves and others also who are going ahead just by thinking it's not their piece of cake.

But the people having a growing mindset will always try to accept the reality and push theirselves to achieve something just by thinking it's their piece of cake.

Hope you realize what type of mindset you have.?
